The space Located at the Northern end of West Bay Beach, Villa Paz is a spacious beach front home. Villa Paz is a quiet condo development with only 6 units sharing the small beachfront pool. Just a short walk from dive centers, resorts, bars and restaurants of West Bay Beach yet far enough away for privacy and quiet. Villa Paz has a large, open living area, a wide front deck with sea views and steps to the beach. The master bedroom on the upper level is spacious with huge sun/stargazing deck and en-suite bathroom. On the main floor are two more bedrooms, one with queen bed & on-suite bathroom (tub/shower) plus a 3rd bedroom with double bed and full bathroom. Two extra persons can be accommodated on the fold out couches in the living room. There is a gas grill on the deck, beach chairs & loungers. The perfect place to kick back after a great day diving or exploring Roatan. Things to know: 19% Honduran Tax is charged and must be paid when you submit your last payment.
