The space
Located at the Northern end of West Bay Beach, Villa Paz is a spacious beach front home. Villa Paz is a quiet condo development with only 6 units sharing the small beachfront pool. The Villa is on the 2nd and 3rd Floor so you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Just a short walk from dive centers, resorts, bars and restaurants of West Bay Beach yet far enough away for privacy and quiet. If you want to be within walking distance from the action, but not in the middle of it, this is the beachfront condo for you.
Kitchen / Dining Room / Family Room
Villa Paz has a large, open living area, a wide front deck with sea views and steps to the beach. The villa has a remodeled kitchen with updated appliances, a dining room (open the sliders for indoor/outdoor dining) and a family room with a tv.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom on the upper level is spacious with huge sun/stargazing deck, King bed, tv and en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2
On the main floor you’ll find a spacious bedroom, with a queen bed, en-suite bathroom (tub/shower) and tv.
Bedroom 3
There is a 3rd bedroom with 2 double beds. The full bathroom is located in the hallway.
Extra Accommodations
Two extra persons can be accommodated on the fold out couches in the master bedroom. The couches are full size when folded down.
Outdoor Areas
There is a dining table, lounge area with sofa and a gas grill on the deck. On the beach you will find a small pool, and beach loungers for your enjoyment. The perfect place to kick back after a great day diving or exploring Roatan. In the evening you can ask the concierge to make a fire pit on the beach for you and your family to enjoy!
You can also ask the concierge to have a chef cook dinner…. either in the spacious dining room or on the beach!
