The master bedroom is the entire upper floor of the condo, and the really, really nice, including the patio. There were plenty of paper products, soaps, dish and clothes washer tablets. There were also some condiments in the kitchen, but we did bring some of our own.
The condo is on the 2nd/3rd floor of the building. There are steps that lead up to the 2nd floor from the beach, which makes it very convenient. Plenty of lounge chairs on the beach and pool area that are shared with the complex. The location of the condo is pretty perfect. This was our first time to Roatan, so we were not sure of the island layout. It is at the very end of West Bay, around the corner from the main busy beach area. It is great to be in a quiet area, especially on the days the cruise ships are in town.
Las Rocas is right next door, and has a dive shop that the guys utilized. They also have a good restaurant and double bubble from 3-6 every day! You can snorkel right in front of the condo, but have to swim across the channel where the boat traffic is. No worries if you are careful, and bring a floaty to identify yourselves. We thought the better snorkeling was at the other end of West Bay, by the Grand Roatan and Infinity Bay, which was a 15 minute walk down the beach. No issues walking between the condo and any of the restaurants/bars in West Bay at night. Just be mindful and bring a small flashlight. Water taxi’s would pick you up at the Las Rocas dock. You just stand on the dock and flag one down to take you to West End… $3.00/person during the day, and $5.00 if it is after dark. DO use mosquito spray religiously. We did not near the end of the trip, and payed for it once we got home…..
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and hope to return to Roatan in the future. Would not hesitate to stay in the condo again. It is my understanding that the owner will be making further updates, including new patio furniture on the main deck.

We enjoyed our stay so much! It was easy to set up an airport shuttle through Karla. Driver was waiting for us at airport. The house was clean and had a newly remodeled, large kitchen/living room, which was a wonderful place to hang out with our large group. New appliances, TVs, AC units. Kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, coffee pot etc.- so you can make meals at home. Wonderful ocean view-especially from master suite in top level. Decks on main level and top level have great seating area. House is spacious and thoughtfully decorated (even had a nice Christmas tree). AC works well and there are no issues with bugs/mosquitos inside the house (if you’ve been to Roatan before you know there can be lots of mosquitos). Shared pool is nice and clean-small, but perfect for family with young kids. It’s about a 5 minute walk from main beach strip, but offers a lot of privacy (nice on cruise ship days when anywhere from 2-6 ships come in). Beach in front of house has calm water and it is connected to main strip through series of paths and boardwalks. Beach towels are provided. There’s restaurants next door and we would recommend Trattoria Del Piero.
Karla/host checked in often and was quick to reply to our questions. We may be the first ones to stay at this wonderfully renovated condo, so maybe that’s why there weren’t any reviews when we made our reservation, but so glad we stayed here! Would highly recommend to others because of host and amenities.
